***
I took this photo several years ago before school one morning
it had snowed in the night so I told the kids to get out & enjoy it while it lasted
It was our only day of snow that year
my daughter must have been about eight or nine then
Sam looks young & healthy too
I love this photo and had it blown up to poster size for her bedroom
that year I printed out black & white copies for family Christmas cards
they were magical and ethereal
a snapshot of frozen time

It was so sweet once as WeeMan was living to hear the words, " school's closed due to snow " ... and it was for two days in a row ... he was in Heaven !!!

  8. It's a gorgeous photo, I can see why you'd blow it up. You could have told me that was a grown woman though, and I'd have believed it.

I like your snow. As you know, we just got our first of the season last night. I hope it isn't the only one. I don't think it will be.

I LOVE the name of this blog, and it is very pretty.
