Although I didn't manage to tempt anyone for
Pay it Forward,
I made this for
as I was going to receive her PIF gift.
( I know that's not the way it works ! )
I altered a very small tin
by covering it with gesso
then ink
and adding a lovely image.
Then had fun filling it !
This morning Jo's PIF gift for me arrived
and I was Totally delighted.
I love the idea of using the old scrabble tiles & wooden holder.
I keep picking up the pieces....
so tiny & beautifully made
hearts & hens -
That's me !
The Post card is Jo at her best
and this particularly lovely.
I love her style.
Thank you so much Jo.
Glad they arrived safe and sound, dear Penny! And that you like them, they were made with love (and a bit of glue!).
ReplyDeleteYour sweet tin is on my dining room window sill with an identically coloured wooden whale - you'd have to see it to understand it!
