The Linen Shelf
had been dusted & aired.

I know these jobs should be done in the Spring
but I love Autumn
& get a lot done.

I've been sorting & clearing  like mad.

I've just spent some time in Brighton
and went to the art fair
where I particularly liked the work of

and

Emma Franks

and was inspired to
make something,
so today  today I cut out some flowers...

cut from the pages of an old book of  poetry.
The stained muslin
is left over from
The Erosion Bundle Project
& the coffee stained paper
from
making my fabric journal.

Yesterday, I bought some chalks.

I don't know what to do yet
but at least it's a start.

  1. Welcome back! Post number 200 eh? Love the little flowers made from poetry and like you I feel that autumn is the beginning of a new year so a perfect time for sorting out.

  9. Hi Penny .... I'm having to really push through to create too .... Some days it's like quicksand .... Other days it's easy. I love what you made with the poetry pages - anything with words on it and I'm in love ....

Here's to more of the easy days ......:)
