Miss July
is keeping cool by the river
where the Kingfishers fly.
I bought the lovely paper
at my local craft shop
added lichen,
Clematis seed heads
Florists'
cellophane wrap
paper napkin
my favourite stamp
and a touch of stamping ink
to give a mossy colour

ReplyDeleteyour dress is quite wonderful, thank you for sharing all the details, so creative.
ReplyDeleteTips on Barcelona - take the cable car from the beach to the mountain as the views are worth it, visit Casa Batllo, wander through the Gothic quarter, visit the market on Las Ramblas and Sagrada Familia and Park Guell...the beaches further down are nicer than the ones in Barceloneta that you first hit and if you want a lovely day trip go to Sitges - really sweet beach town with lots of cafes and shops and the sand is softer and water less fierce. Watch out for pick-pockets - esp Plaza Real - according to Lonely Planet guide... Hope that helps! Oh and it is expensive so maybe try and buy some food from the shops - though there are lunch time deals to be had. xxx
ReplyDeleteYour dress is really beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteOh how pretty!!! Beautiful, cool looking dress! Perfect for July! Marva
