September always feels like a fresh start
to the year somehow
Children back to school & nights drawing in.
Time for a new challenge perhaps ?
I saw that
inchbyinch
were setting a new challenge
so decided to join in.
We had to base the design on the word
touch.

I had this lovely
black & white card last Christmas
showing a row of young women
doing up their ice skates.
I've covered it with sparkly voile
and coated the edges with sugar
& added a tiny bit of lace...
all very fiddly !
Why not join in the challenge !

  2. This is GORGEOUS, Penny! I love the sugar frosting, what a great effect. It's very wintery (makes me think of those days when you're fingers won't work properly because they're so cold!). Thankfully the sun's out today and we've got a little bit of summer still to enjoy. xx
